24HR Art NTCCA
Description: 24HR Art grew out of a long-standing desire of many individuals and organisations in the Territory for a venue dedicated specifically to the promotion and support of contemporary visual art. To create an environment that offers artists an opportunity to experiment, explore and exhibit their work, a space to share and collaborate with local, national and international arts communities. Each year the public programs consist of exhibitions, interdisciplinary and multimedia projects, emerging and established artists, curated and artist initiated projects, artist talks, themed forums, residencies and professional development workshops. 24 HR Art assists and develops off site and regional exhibitions and prioritizes projects that promote Northern Territory artists.
