Downlad Indigenous Festival Event Plan of Action

Stepping Stones for Festivals
Top End Arts staff have worked with many Indigenous community festivals over the last five years to help make sure the form the festival takes meets the community’s original goals. We have developed a special consultation program for communities called Stepping Stones for Festivals and will come to your community to work on this program over two to three days with the people most involved in planning and organizing the festival.

In October / November 2010 we will be holding regional networking meetings of community festival organisers in Katherine and Jabiru to enable people to share their experiences, talk over problems and find out about organisations and programs that support festivals in a variety of ways.
